Tungsten Carbide Nozzles
MICROTOOLS produces tens of millions of carbide tips for manufacturers of paint spraying equipment. These are characterized by their excellent wear resistance, dimensional repetitiveness and tight tolerances, uniform spray patterns and low price. MICROTOOLS also provide sub-assembled paint spray nozzles made from a combination of materials, such as stainless steel housing with carbide inserts used for spraying ceramics and other highly abrasive materials.
MICROTOOLS has developed a unique, ultra-hard material with extraordinarily low wear for the production of orifices (round or rectangular). Since the carbide tips are pressed one by one, porosity is nearly zero, resulting in excellent wear characteristics.
Paint Spraying Nozzles

They are characterized by their excellent wear resistance, small dimensions, uniform spray nozzle patterns and low price. Also provided are paint spray nozzles made from a combination of materials, such as stainless steel housings with carbide inserts.
Water Blasting
MICROTOOLS carbide inserts are made of high-quality raw materials and suitable grades for the water blasting industry. Orifice sizes range from 0.015" to 0.160" with tolerances of ± 0.001" and concentricity of 0.002" TIR.
Sand Blasting
MICROTOOLS has developed a unique, ultra-hard material with extraordinarily low wear for orifice manufacturers. Orifices can be round or rectangular and are used by manufacturers of micro abrasive spraying systems for alumina oxide and other abrasive materials. Since they are pressed one-by-one, porosity is near-zero, resulting in excellent wear characteristics and high-quality.
Adhesive Dispensing
MICROTOOLS manufactures high quality nozzles for leading companies in the adhesive industry, both for cold and hot adhesives. Our know-how and experience in this industry results in the high accuracy of the orifice angle, which enables complete control of the form and flow rate of the glue. We use only the best grades, which result in excellent wear resistant products.
Ink Jet Printing
A unique technology for jet printing has been developed by MICROTOOLS to achieve the following:
1. Steady flow rate
2. Accuracy of the inner hole and its shape of the nozzle
These are maintained for a large quantity (thousands of units) of production lots and prolong the life duration of the ink jet nozzles. We use only the best grades, which result in excellent wear resistant products.
