ISCAR presenta las nuevas plaquitas positivas de doble cara para aluminio rectificadas y pulidas. Estas plaquitas duplican el número de filos de corte, por lo que son una alternativa económica a las plaquitas positivas convencionales.



ISCAR amplía la línea ALU-P-TURN con nuevas geometrías (NPA 23-2018) , ISCAR is expanding the Alu-P-Turn line with new geometries.

The new double-sided positive inserts TNGG, WNGG, DNGG and VNGG double the number of cutting edges of single sided positive inserts TCGT, WCGT, DCGT and VCGT which provide a great economical advantage.

Features
  • The inserts feature a F3N-P or M3N-P highly positive rake chipbreaker with a polished top rake most suitable for machining aluminum and other soft nonferrous materials.
  • Chipbreaker geometries are designed to eliminate built up edge and guarantee a soft cut with low cutting forces.
  • The new inserts are clamped on standard tools intended for double sided negative inserts.
  • The new inserts are made of the IC20 grade and can be used for external and internal machining.
  • The Alu-P Turn inserts are also an excellent choice for finishing operations on titanium.
