The BAYO T REAM is a high-speed reaming system comprised of interchangeable carbide reaming heads with a unique quick-change bayonet mechanism. The reaming heads are suitable for reaming applications with an H7 hole tolerance range. The reaming head is mounted on a HARD TOUCH steel shank (solid carbide or heavy metal shanks are available on request). The reaming head is attached to the shank by a bayonet screw. A special wrench is used to clamp and release the reaming head. The reamer is designed with internal coolant holes directed to each cutting edge for efficient head lubrication which assures much longer tool life.
