HELIDO 490 tools can machine 90° shoulders up to a 16 mm depth, plunge with up to 10 mm side step, and can perform slotting and facing operations.
The HELIDO family combines the most advantageous features such as helical cutting edge, positive rake angle and strong construction, which are the most suitable for heavy milling applications.
This thick and robust insert is very economical when taking into account the price per corner, when compared to the single-sided inserts.
