CHATTERFREE endmills maximize stock removal rate, eliminate vibrations and reduce cycle time. The unique ground geometry provides excellent surface finish and increased tool life while machining at high material removal rates. CHATTERFREE endmills are available with a variable pitch and different helix + variable pitches with 3, 4, 5 and 7 flutes.
