The DR line of hole making tools is designed to provide an economical solution, suitable for all types of materials which conform to ISO P K N and M. These tools are designed primarily for semi-finishing operations and feature a high level of accuracy, even when subjected to interrupted cut machining conditions, or when drilling stacks or sloped surfaces. Furthermore, with the right edge geometry these tools can easily perform angular penetrations in holemaking with no burrs. These tools are less susceptible to unstable machining conditions, which makes them ideal for unbalanced holemaking operations associated with possible vibrations.
