Rough and Finish Turning – Side A and Side B

ISCAR has developed a unique technology and insert geometries for the production of alloy wheels. The production of wheels is performed with round inserts available in two sizes for rough and semi-finish machining.  
The round inserts intended for roughing operation are 32, 25mm and for semi-finish operation diameters 20 and 16mm. The applications are performed with two right - and left hand toolholders, which accomplish the full sequence of wheel profiling.
