Micro Tools has developed a unique, ultra-hard material with extraordinarily low wear for the manufacturers of orifices, which are used by manufacturers of micro abrasive spraying systems for alumina oxide.
Orifices can be round or rectangular. Since they are pressed one-by-one, porosity is near-zero, resulting in excellent wear characteristics.
