The phrase "Mission Impossible" does not
exist in our vocabulary of accuracy terminology. Tolerance of 1 μm is not an outstanding demand from our customers.
Micro Tools manufactures the most accurate and complicated parts according to the drawings and requirements of our customers all over the world.
To achieve these demands we develop unique technologies (machines and special tools). These unique technologies together with the state of the art machines are the tools that enable our customers’ engineers to design parts almost without any limits.
Unlike other MIM manufacturers who obtain sintered parts with tolerances of about ±0.5% from the nominal sizes, we have the ability and the capacity to obtain high volume parts with tolerances of less than 1μm.
